Have been living with ideopathic peripheral neuopathy for about 5 years. Has impacted primarily feet with some sensations in calves. Recently beginning to feel some numbness in my hands. Also had nightime cramping in my feet andfcalves. Taking magnesium tablets had no impact. About 2 years ago a neighbor told me about Calm, an OTC magnesium-based powder. I take the recommended dose at bedtime. Cramping disappeared immediately and have not had any cramping since.
