Here is a link from last year (Yale Study) on vibrating legs. https://www.yalemedicine.org/news/long-covid-symptoms-internal-tremors-and-vibrations
I’ve been doing the research for over 3 years and finally, someone has taken notice. My legs began ever so subtle after a mild case of Covid over 3 years ago. I was encouraged by ID to get immunised x 2 even though I had natural immunity. Honestly, the medical profession did not understand then what they do now. What happened to me was the vibrations became quite pronounced after booster. I have sworn off any further Covid vaccines. But this is my opinion and choice. The Body Keeps Score. Listen to yours.
Oddly enough, I began taking Vit D3 again (I live in Ireland with very little sunshine) which is critical for bone and muscle health and plays a vital role in immune function. PMR is an immune issue though still not understood completely. It has not until recently garnered the attention of Lupus or RA etc. That said, the vibrations are scaled down from a 10 to a 2 and no pain. Who knew? Placebo? Perhaps.
I’m sorry to hear you wasted your time with 3 different neurologists. Read the Yale study. The answers are coming.
I also ordered a copy of Dr Kate Gilbert’s book PMR/GCA second addition which came out in 2016. Someone on this forum mentioned her and I immediately ordered her book. It’s been a life raft for me on every level. There is also a website. You can google her. She is also coming out with a new addition given the rise in PMR/GCA awareness and incidence. Covid driven? I think for some of us it is.
May you find your path to wellness.
