I did too. I’m on day 13 and I regret not having purchased a binder on time to help me with ‘die off’ symptoms. I am seeing results. Mind you some patches are duds I’ve seen people reporting. Better purchase from your local pharmacy rather than Amz.

@mic0007 I’ve tried the nicotine patch and unfortunately didn’t see a difference. They actually gave me headaches after awhile.
