@mayblin Thank you so very much for your encouragement and response. It is a difficult decision. I am now dealing with a dental issue which could complicate the situation. I am praying it will be resolved without the need for additional treatment.

I was trying to find out if anyone starts Prolia with a lower dose, and found this article

Nothing on starting with a lower dose, yet.
