Be very careful when bending to feed pets or clean litter boxes...use support from something like a wall and bend at the knees (if you can.) If you currently have a spinal fracture, avoid doing these things if possible.

I bent over to pick up a bag of groceries and got a compression fracture at T-11. Eight Softwave treatments fixed my pain. I just had back fatigue after that and continued Softwave treatments until my back was back to normal.
