I just started nicotine patches last week, but so far, I can not tell any difference. It is worth a try though.

I did too. I’m on day 13 and I regret not having purchased a binder on time to help me with ‘die off’ symptoms. I am seeing results. Mind you some patches are duds I’ve seen people reporting. Better purchase from your local pharmacy rather than Amz.
