@lag would you elaborate please? I'm scheduled to begin 5 SBRT treatments this week. One lesion on third rib, the other my femur bone.
I've kept an excellent attitude since my radical cystectomy early June. It has taken this long to come up with this plan as my cancer type is extremely rare.
I am concerned about skin inflammation and possible lung issues after.
I'm scheduled to travel about 10 days after final treatment.
thanks

@icupeep My husband has had SBRT many times, always to spine and other bone mets. He has had no side effects except for occasionally some back tenderness, which was relieved by Tylenol. If your SBRT treatments are to a rib and femur, I can't imagine you would have urinary or gastro issues. Be sure to ask your radiation oncology team about possible side effects of your specific treatments. Good luck to you and hang in there.
