Look up Dr. John Lee. Hes deceased but did remarkable work with osteoporosis.
IF youve had cancer, and are progesterone positive, you probably cant do this,
But if progesterone is not a factor for you, look up progesterone and yam cream for osteoporosis.
He had women patients whom he was treating that had their OS reversed.
They were estrogen dominant and he realized that yam or progesterone cream would offset it and greatly improved their OS.
