Thank you for the response. I been looking into electrolytes, will look into your recommendation. I do take NAC,ALA and L carnitine,so far difficult to assess. Have spinal issues like stenosis etc will check further.I live in a rural area,not to happy with my neurologist.

Definitely see if you can get to a larger city neurologist and spine specialist. It seems you should have an updated EMG/nerve conduction study,
Small fiber neuropathy skin punch biopsy, plus MRIs of lumbar spine and hips/pelvis to narrow down source of symptoms.

Make sure to push and advocate for yourself and don’t let providers dismiss you because of your age and gender.
