What are treatment options for platinum-resistant ovarian cancer?

hi every one,
I am new here but not new for ovarian cancer ...
my fight is more then 5 years now. and each day i hope for some new drug or vaccine for ovarian cancer fighters.
My oncologist tried everything on me, my last hope was Elahere , and unfortunately it didn't work....
now my cancer growing on my lymphnodes and I can say we have no more option left...
if any one knows anything new , will be very help full. Tring for clinical trials but don't know yet...
GOD is great or science ??

Did your oncologist try Enhertu?

Did you get your tumors tested? That can open up other treatments such as Keytruda. Maybe get a 2nd opinion from one of the large treatment hospitals or look into clinical trials. Are you a candidate for another surgery or radiation therapy?

@aabhal71 I'd like to welcome you to Mayo Clinic Connect and to our Gynecological Cancers support group. While I did not have ovarian cancer (I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer) there are members here who share your diagnosis. Five years since your diagnosis? You are the example, really, of those of us who live with cancer while we pursue treatment options.
How are you feeling? Have you applied for clinical trials and waiting to hear if you are accepted into a trial?
