Unfortunately I have had some rather intense GI issues after having chemo and then Covid a month later. I have had a large workup and it boils down to eating a FODMAP diet a closely as I can. It has helped but I am not getting the nutrition that I would prefer. Many of the vegetables that I like are not allowed or if I eat them then I pay for it. I am doing the best that I can. Recently, I have been able to get by with just a tiny bite or two of my favorites like broccoli and cauliflower. Dairy is another that I have to watch carefully. My oncologist is strict about what over the counter vitamins, etc., that one takes. She is not a fan.

Very sorry to hear about your dietary and other complications. I can imagine restriction of your favorite vegetables is difficult.

Have you considered a consultation with a GI specialized Oncologist?

Free Belle Ruth Naperstak MSW Guided Imgery STRESS YouTube videos are available that might possibly be helpful. She has many others that you may purchase in I Tubes or Other App stores.
