@thedreamingtree i may be getting into a study with vagus nerve stimulation. My pain coach taught me to do the psychological sigh. It works for vagus nerve stimulation but doesnt last as long i would like it to.

@pdoubrava correction...it is called the physioligical sigh. It helps if u have a moment of stress or panic or heightening sensory symptoms. It relaxes me soooo much. My entire body. Then i tell myself i am safe, my brain is trying to protect me, quickly decide if its something u can control or fix. If not, move on.
