Thank you for listening and sharing .. yes, I agree. Unfortunately, at the time of my menopause, recommendations were negative for HRT. I understand adding estrogen for me today would not improve my numbers.
I’m really wondering if anyone has had good results with working with a naturopath and with any of the natural products that are out there. Has anyone had a positive result with any natural remedy that they can share?

@mahonlye sorry I can’t quite answer your question, but my osteopath/MD is helping me presently…e recommends good diet, useful exercises and supports lots of walking…..though I’m on my own to seek my own personal best supplement, not easy due to sensitivity to magnesium in many supplements… still, i check out what I find with the DO/MD to be more sure of what I’m taking is as good as possible….remember, DOs are fully trained docs, not chiropractors.

@mahonlye There are many people here who have explored or are interested in exploring treating osteoporosis without medications. If you enter your specific question into the general search bar here, you will find a lot of information that you may find beneficial. Best wishes to you moving forward!
