@irenea8 since you don’t have resources in your area or at least those that you feel you can trust, have you tried calling Medicare directly? I’m afraid you’re asking amateurs when you need a professional!

Maybe I am missing something but it seems that those who are receiving Brinsupri could at least pipe in as to how they got it covered. I would think that would give me the best insight. I doubt if Medicare would be able to suggest a plan D that might approve Brinsupri. But those who have ALREADY gotten it through Part D could say which plan worked for them? Am I misunderstanding something? Probably many have Advantage plans but some getting it must have a stand alone Part D that approved it.
