@singingbones Magnesium and vitamin d3/k2 helps get the calcium where it needs to go and zinc helps with absorption and helps convert vitamin d.

@jeepgrl - Yes, I am taking every supplement you listed as well.

Since I am currently taking Evenity, they have me test (blood) for calcium & Vit D levels monthly. I think that it would serve them better to have me submit a urine collection quarterly than to watch a marker that doesn't really move much. But then, Dr Singing Bones doesn't really have a degree in medicine (haha)!

@jeepgrl - I am not a fan of the drugs, but was scared into taking it because of the diagnosis of osteoporosis. If I could stop the process now, I would. However, this gives me a year to fine-tune supplements, exercise & hormones. Thanks for listening!
