@irenea8 I'm looking for the same thing, preferably a medicare advantage plan that has a low copay for brinsupri.
@irenea8 I have WellCare as part D coverage. They are covering part of it with PA but TAF the Assistance Fund is covering the bulk of it. My doctor and the Brinsupri company connected me with them.

@irenea8 since you don’t have resources in your area or at least those that you feel you can trust, have you tried calling Medicare directly? I’m afraid you’re asking amateurs when you need a professional!
