Taking Calcium without D supplementation

@bswpb This whole matter of supplements is way complicated…many products, many claims…seeking the simple combo of calcium, D3 and K2…it is said that plant -based calcium is more easily absorbed, more similar to what we get from food (including plants)….due to my own GI sensitivity to magnesium in supplements, I’m researching the best sources of magnesium in foods. It’s best if supplements are 3rd party tested- you can check this out at ConsumerLabs. Any info anyone here can provide helps my ‘’research project’’.

@nycmusic I hear you! I have issues with potassium iodide and NAC supplements. It's really hard to find multiple vitamins without one or both! I use the SuppCo app and it works well for me!
