I’ve had idiopathic PN for almost 15 yrs now and getting worse like you. I’ve had an EMG - basically feels like some pin pricks - uncomfortable? Yes a bit. Painful? I didn’t think so.
The test only confirmed what I already knew - that I had neuropathy. Still haven’t found a good solution for me. Good luck with your test.
