I too have Severe Peripheral Neuropathy with no pain. My feet are numb, I cannot feel the floor which causes balance issues, dizziness and falls. Several Neurologists later I had EMG/NCV testing, brain MRI (yes I have one). I finally had a Lumbar Puncture confirming high protein levels in my CSF and a diagnosis of CIDP, Chronic Inflammatory, Demylinating Polyneuropathy. A mouthful for sure. Getting ready to start a new medication, weekly injections of Vyvgart Hytrulo. Fingers crossed, a lot of hope and prayers for relief. Sometimes these medical problems are a journey. Unfortunately 50% of the doctors out there graduated in the bottom of their class. Keep trying to find your path.

I’m without pain too Mike. I have numbness in my feet and weakness in my legs. PN does whatever it wants to. I take zero medication. I go to the gym and do leg and calf presses along with other exercises and I have zero changes in my legs. There’s a lot of medical reports that Cholesterol Drugs cause Type 2 diabetes and that caused damage to the nerves in the lower body and bingo, we get PN. There will never be a cure. I had to quit my job years ago as I didn’t have enough strength to get the brakes down hard enough and when you’re landing on a 6000 ft runway at 120kts, you have to get it stopped. Stay safe.
