Well consider yourself lucky. Peripheral neuropathy can cause real pain and other symptoms that keep people from sleeping well. So if you are doing so well without meds and getting plenty of sleep…r u sure you have neuropathy…? I appreciate your upbeat comments and suggestions but consider yourself lucky.

Yes, I have neuropathy. I had an EMG test done last year but my neurologist did say I have a mild case. Taking ALA seems to help me. I have other problems--some autoimmunity due to celiac disease and I also had some muscle wasting which caused some weight loss. Trying to rebuild muscle at age 72 certainly has its challenges. I am aware from respondents that neuropathy can be annoying and even painful. I hope you get a good night's sleep as that can help with repair of our bodies!
