levothyroxine itching

Posted by lilyann @lilyann, 22 hours ago

lilyann here, anyone else suffering while taking levothyroxine? i have read where some of the fillers could be causing the problem. i am still fatiqued with no let up and again was reading where that is the normal thing to be fatiqued while on it. sad news is: just shows how important your thyroid gland is. so wishing everyone wellness. god bless.

@lilyann I had been taking Synthroid, the brand name, for years till a generic came on the market and my pharmacist switched me to that (as is required by our government run health plan). I had side effects with generic Levothyroxine and asked to go back to Synthroid. I have to pay a bit more, but it was worth the extra cost to me ( about $8 more than my co-pay amount of $3).
