I use Accolade twice a day. Also use your nebulizer. I was born an asthmatic and received allergy shots for 7 years.
Find a good pulmonologist. I started Trelegy couple years ago. It doesn’t help me as much as using the ones I was on. Experiment with the available medications. Good luck.
