today was a bit of a difficult day for me..wondering how I could do at least 20 more months of ADT..( I am in the middle of radiation now) and was not feeling great for some reason.
But this was encouraging and from 6 yrs ago..
Sometimes a bit of encouragement is all we need to buck up and keep the march to health going !

At 70y, I’m a 13-1/2 year prostate cancer survivor. (Initially on active surveillance for 9 years, 4-1/2 years ago I had 28 sessions of proton radiation + 6 months of Eligard.)
Last year when my older brother was in his final days with advanced pancreatic cancer, I found this cancer mortality information on the American Cancer Society web site.
This gave me a little more context and confidence that my diagnosis had a high probability of a good outcome.
