Does anyone have info on red light therapy for chronic pain?

@pawprintpeg Is this something your eye doctor suggested? You need to read everything you can find! If there is a problem, you could lose vision! What is recovery time? Do you have anyone to stay with you, if needed? And, what about cost?
I’m not trying to be ‘Debbie downer’, I’m just giving you some things to think about.

Thanks. Good thoughts and I’m not actually using red light on my eyes but was wondering if any research on how it would affect the eyeballs themselves.
The light passes by my eyes sometimes and hasn’t been a problem. The jagged edge to my vision has been random and occasional for a few years now. It seems when I’m really tired or starting long at screens.
