I did discuss the Kyohoplasty with a spine surgeon. He didn't recommend it for me. He said it could help with pain for some. He said they often fail. Also the cement is pretty hard, and because of that I am more likely get a compression fractures

@harryboy7 I have seen many that don’t fail. It’s important to go to a center with a large intervention radiology program and that both the radiologist and hospital do kyphoplasties on a regular (I mean like more than daily) basis. If it is a good program they will be happy to give you their data on how many they do, their complication and fail rate
