@minute22 I use e rapid but whenever I use it with 7% saline I cough really bad- it irritates my throat bad although I can use 7% saline without problems when nebulizing with pari sprint and any nebulizing machine( I have ombra). no I don’t have hoarseness because I don’t use it for 7%. Recently I use erapid for nebulizing cromolyn sodium or 3% saline and my voice is ok. I also experimented and mixed 7% saline with 1/3 vile of levalbuterol- it helps to some extend with the cough.
