This group discussion has been beneficial! Just an update from my PCP who finally had a chance to review my BDT results. He said my other parts are near osteopenia, having T-score at -0.9s, and -1.0s. He recommended besides weight bearing exercise I should take Ca-supplement at 1000-1200mg/day. I have never taken Ca pill and avoided for fear of increasing Ca-score in my arteries. Reading about Ca-supplement, I got impression that absorption of Ca from supplement in various (chemical) forms are questionable. Any comments? Thanks ahead.

@chinthe2 if you can get the recommended calcium from food alone, that is preferable
