Had my implant aweek ago. Staples out thur. as for tendenitis doctor be fore the current told me that there is not cure, get use to it..the day after asurury I was in bed and couldn’t sleep so tried relaxation. It helped.. I’ve had it since I was young. I had two brain tumors when I was young. After this surgery. it came roaring in and louder. It is a bit quieter now. Maybe over time you will get softer.

@suesue22 Thank you for sharing your CI journey story from the beginning. I want to be sure I understand your comment. You meant tinnitus, not tendenitis, right?
I'm a firm believer in relaxation strategies and stress management. Many of us with hearing loss have experienced stress from tinnitus. For most it tends to come and go with stress and some diet implications. That varies from person to person.
