Lymph nodes feel smaller post RARP: Anyone else notice this?
This weekend I moved wrong and pulled some of the muscles in my underarm. I went to massage that general area and I noticed that the lymph nodes in my armpit area are much smaller than before my RARP. So I begin to feel my lymph nodes in my groin and same thing they are much smaller. Anyone else notice this? I'm due for my six month check in and blood work soon should I mention this to my surgeon PCP? Anyone else notice this?

Perhaps this is good news. I never checked my lymph nodes pre and post a specific PCa treatment, but know from other treatments that lymph nodes grow larger when they are actively fighting infection or inflammation and they reduce in size as the body's response subsides. It is conceivable to me, a layman, that post-RALP your body inflammation has reduced. I hope that you post what you discover from your meeting with your surgeon.
