2025 Fall Booster: Get it or not?

I have Stage 4 COPD; have had COVID twice which truly did not help my lungs. I asked my Pulmonologist about the COVID vaccine and he suggested I not get it but get the flu shot. I've heard the COVID vaccines only add more problems.

You say your bouts with COVID truly did not help your lungs, yet your pulmonologist suggested you NOT get the vaccine? They think the vaccine is somehow more of a threat than a third bout with COVID?

@katpetlover It's interesting that your Pulmonologist suggested you not get the COVID vaccine. Most physicians are hesitant to take a stance on it. Thank you for sharing.
