@ladydiscdy 10 months out and I still have it tightness stiffness It’s probably scar tissue and synovial fluid.

I just read through the other comments; my therapist did tell me that it may be the IT band causing some issue. I do know massage works with me a lot. My doctor verified it’s not scar tissue and he too mentioned the IT band issue. I’m working through it and I am getting better. Like I said my knee was a mess and the strength was just not there. My strength is back and I’m almost at target weight using that leg. I just didn’t know what to expect.
