About 50-60% of seniors over 65 have problems with incontinence so perhaps it is age related.

Over 70 % of 70 year old men have ED because the incidence of ED increases with age.

IMHO many blame RP for both conditions when in reality it might be happening due to aging. That said, regardless of the cause, the treatment and management is the same : pelvic floor exercises, AUS, sling, pads or clips. There is also a new surgery method called "ProAct" , maybe your husband can ask about that. It supposedly is less invasive procedure.
