@drax45 Hello, I just had Tulsa Pro at MAYO Rochester MN on Weds Oct 15th 2025. Dr Woodrum was awesome. Walked out a new man. No side effects so far! Ablated the whole left side, 3 small cells. 3+3, 3+4 PSA of 1.8, BCBS payed 100% of the bill.

I am in a similar situation with two 3+4 PSA 2.65, but I thought BCBS would not cover Tulsa treatment. So BCBS covered your treatment 100%? Do I need to do anything special for it to be covered?
