Sometimes I have a slight popping sound and then pain in my right ear. My primary has prescribed singular (montelukast) for allergies as I am sensitive to antihistamines, and this seems to help. You mentioned tinnitus, it's my understanding there is not a cure for this. Is this correct?
Good luck.

@hotrod83

I notice that with my autoimmune condition I am more sensitive to my environment than ever. My allergies are bad news and I am sure that they affect my neuropathy. It is not cold out today but there is a breeze which spreads allergens around. I also feel more sensitive to cold and find myself needing extra layers. I have resumed taking alpha lipoic acid--it is said to be a help for neuropathy. Autumn is a pretty time of year but can be rough for sinus or allergy sufferers.

@hotrod83 this is quietriver89 for Allergies I found the best is Mucolyxir drops you can get it on line only from Nutri Cology that make it is the best. Amazon also sells it.
You start taking one drop Avery fifteen min for one hour then one drop a day. My wife who was takins Allgey shots once a week started taking this and hasn't had a shot or gone to a doctor for 10 years now.. My self I take only one drop when I need it once a month and Grand son who hd sever allgeries also take it and have no allergie problems. I found antihistamines only cause me bigger problems. I do have tinnitus also but haven't found a cure for that yet except hearing Aids. seems to stop it..
