Hello Malia,
I was diagnosed two years ago with ILC in right breast and LCIS in left. Had lumpectomy on right, but no surgery was recommended (here in NYC) for the LCIS. What country are you living in?
Different situation than yours, as I’m post-menopausal but may soon be switching to tamoxifen. It was prescribed to me as 20mg daily.
I take several vitamin supplements, including Omega 3. Not sure if it’s directly helpful at preventing cancer, but tamoxifen should offer you reasonable protection. It’s my understanding that genomic testing is only somewhat helpful, but worth doing if your doctors recommend.
