stp, Praying for you. I am so sorry you are battling this.
My Mama had a lot of ear pain and she would put cotton in both ears when it was cold outside. Do you think that might help?
Sometimes these old remedies work best.

I do that too! I have an ear plug that was made, but i still have these symptoms. Thank you for your kind words. Sorry, for your mom’s passing. God bless.
