I agree you need to do therapy for balance.
I am 75 and I can tell my balance is not was good as it used to be. For me I say I wobble. And like the old toy that said they wobble and don’t fall down I might. I have made changes in my home. My kids gave me a stair chair to go up and down to the basement, a ramp in garage and put in walk in tub with handles in and outside the shower. I plan on living here for a long time.
I hope you get some great information as what might be going on and what to do.

Hi,
I have the same problem with feeling like I'm tipping forward. I catch myself also. I have no idea what causes it. It just started happening one day. I also have a problem with getting dizzy if I look up towards the sky. So, I don't. Apparently it's something to do with getting older. I'm just careful all the time and move a little slower so I don't trip. This doesn't happen everyday just periodically. But I never know when. I just pray about it and keep going on with my life. Drinking a lot of water helps a little.
I wish you the best.

@brumarle1 For myself I lost nearly 35 lbs. a couple of years ago due to a lung infection with Bronchiectasis. For quite a while I found myself nearly tripping over my own feet. I was feeling clumsy. This continued until I gained enough weight back and has totally stopped with having gained some weight back.
Thought I would share this type of experience also. I am now 83.

Me too at 77. It’s because I am. Between osteoarthritis, spinal fusion L3-4-5, ten hammertoes, rheumatoid arthritis, neuropathy, I’m literally always leaning forward. What can I do? Another back surgery?

My spouse is having the same thing. He has had some tests. Negative so far. He has Vertigo. I think an ENT will be ordered. He has had it for years..but started up again and is complaining of hearing a rushing sound. This condition comes back and he has different symptoms . He will definately be referred to an ENT. Not the one he saw before. Rude and disrepectful to us both. Tired of rude uncaring people. This is not how healthcare should be. He says he feels like his is tipping forward and cannot walk straight. If it were not for his walker , he would be on the floor. He has been in PT and started acting up the last time he was there. Thanks for listening.
