IsoPSA Test Results: Is 6.8 high?

With an enlarged prostate, that isn’t very high. Had a friend who had a large prostate and his PSA was always around 50 but multiple biopsies found nothing. How big is it, Over 100cc?

An MRI can probably find if you have tumors that are possibly prostate cancer. If they are high PIRADS (4 or 5) then you definitely need a biopsy.

@jeffmarc He referred to an isopsa test, which is an alternative to a pse. I.e. a test if psa is somewhat elevated, but you still might be able to avoid the biopsy.
