Yeup...me too..
I hear stories: this person fractured making the bed.
this other person fractured lifting a cup of tea.
This other person fractured turning in bed.

Yes it does happen, but not to everyone.
I say enough is enough.
Stop scaring us into thinking drugs is the only answer.
It might be part of the answer, but there are other
things we ought to be doing.

Age and health conditions may keep us
from doing maxium movements and exercizes.
There must be more to handling osteoporosis
through diet and supplements.

It is challenging for all of us to get this information.

@bevlevvancouverbc I slipped on my parrots bird paper on the floor -slid on my back and voila! Nothing happened just black and blue. Then my flip flop caught on the area rug a few weeks later -fell on the tile on my knee cap-just a big bruise. There is no guarantee that the meds would prevent all this- after all when you go off prolia there are compression fractures that are very common!!! And I burned my esophagus with actonel-an ongoing problem now.
