Neilmed came with packets and instructions and you can also Googleit, but basically I sterilized the bottle by boiling it, used sterile water and mixed in 1 packet, shook gently and followed the instructions. It helps clear the sinuses. You have to make sure everything is sterile- you can buy sterile distilled water or boil filtered water for 5 minutes I think. You don’t want to use plain tap water. When I was in bad shape I’d use it 4-5 times a day. If I feel fine I don’t use it. Always a good idea to check with your doctor.
