Blueprint to Neuropathy?

Posted by hossie @hossie, Apr 22, 2024

Has anyone tried Blueprint to Nueropathy? Apparently it is a treatment approach that is being used by many chiropractors. It's long in duration and not cheap. I am not looking for a silver bullet, just some improvement in my feet. Thanks.

well, yes.....and no.
Yes, I have continued to see improvement in the form of less tingling and numbness in my feet. Now, my numbness is primarily in my toes, where before if was most of the ball of my foot and forward. I'm continuing to use the red-light therapy "boot" and the "rebuilder" nerve stimulation every morning, and again in the evenings when I can. (for the first 90 days I used them twice a day EVERY day). I can tell a difference if I miss a day or 2, so I don't!

No, because I'm no longer taking the supplements that were provided in the "blueprint" kit. the cost to replenish them was, just, silly.
I am taking a magnesium supplement, and turmeric in their place. (I eat alot of fruits and veggies, but always have)

Most importantly is that, in place of their "neuro-soothe", I am using the "moma bear" ointment/cream on my feet twice a day (at about 1/3 the cost) and it really makes my feet feel better.

thanks for asking!

@mike1041 Glad to hear that some of these questionable things are giving you some help. Are you referring to Momma Bear Oasis nerve cream? I bought some of that two weeks ago. This very small jar appeared(4 oz?). I applied it religiously to my feet...no effect, just a nice footcream. I even added some 4% lidocaine to the mix. Still nothing. At 34.95 it's not exactly a bargain. If it really works for anyone, good to hear. Not for me.

@heisenberg34 yes, it's that product. I got 6 jars for about $120 which makes it $20 each, I figured if it didn't work for me, the dedicated wife could use it. I'm sorry to hear it's not helping you....for me, after application the numbness goes away for a few hours. I can't say completely, but it's certainly far less noticeable.
Since I have seen improvement, I'm hoping that my PN is completely reversible. Next step for me is getting off the statin I'm taking for cholesterol reduction.

Glad you are getting some relief. My issue is pain… about a constant eight. I’ve tried more creams than I can remember. Good luck on your journey.

I went to “inate” chiropractic which offers the blueprint system I spent $8000 and the only thing that I think worked or at least was helpful was their supplements which, of course you can only get if you buy into their program. Well I have to say I don’t think I really got any results although I do understand their theory increasing blood flow but it’s certainly not a cure and by the way the chiropractic facility was basically a turn and burn situation never the same chiropractor never more than two minutes. Don’t buy into blueprint. Don’t dismiss the benefit of a chiropractor as long as you find the right one.

I don't know about Blueprint, but I did have a similar experience in Seattle. I signed up for a program which promised to cure my Neuropathy. - three days a week for 6 months, all the usual machines, treatments, pills and so on. It didn't work. $4000 later, did I want to sign up for another 6 months? You can bet that I didn't! We're all trying anything that might help our symptoms. I tried all the pills, treatments, rubs and more. I've read all the books. After 10 years, I've learned my lesson - I go to the gym, I walk and work on my balance. That's the best I can do and I'm okay with that.

There is a scam showing up on FB involving some treatment for neuropathy. Sam Elliot and Clint Eastwood sing the praises of this stuff. Then some "doctor", Barbara O'Neill, from Australia explains the how's and the why's. Only $39. Profit is not their motive. Now, I violated my #1 rule...always do an online search of whatever product you are looking into. I was in really bad pain late in the afternoon looking at FB. When this ad came on, all reason flew out the window. All I could think was, "Maybe this will actually help my pain. Thirty-nine bucks isn't too much to lose if it doesn't work". I whipped out my card and put in an order for one bottle. Well, surprise, surprise when my credit card rejected the bill for $239! Fortunately, I was able to decline it and then had to get a new card so they couldn't recharge. A few hours later some gal called and wanted to know if I was still interested in ordering some of this miracle cure. Ha, ha! The nerve.
Remember, none of these miracle cures work! There is no cure for neuropathy, NONE! Don't order anything without doing extensive research. Save yourself pain and money.

I was so desperate that I ordered that stuff. I must tell you I have noticed a wee bit more feeling in my cement embedded toes. Anything to give myself some hope. I am desperate.
All my Cardiologists, PT's, Neurologists and Vascular Surgeons give me that nod with their
eyes looking down and head shaking left to right... No Cure for Neuropathy, but I will take
the stuff and hopefully something will stop the progress of this dredful situation which is
now progressing to the point where I am walking very slowly and more concerned than ever about balance. I wonder if I will end up in some sort of a battery operated vehicle on wheels
one of these days in the not too distant future.
I also wonder if my Left Bundle Branch Block and Right A Block in the Heart have something to do with the leg pain, muscle cramps and Periferal Neuropathy. Life gets complicated as
we age. I am so thankful for the good days. I am also thankful I travelled extensively after retirement. I have those beautiful memories to look back and treasure when the pain starts to distract.

@heisenberg34
It did nothing for me either. I did get a jar of Nervionix Neuropathy cream and it seems to help a good bit. It’s half the price of the She Bear.

@amberamberette I do hope it helps, even just a little. Did you get an inflated charge on your credit card as I did? I wish you well.

Thanks for your reply and information...I'll certainly respond to them if I receive an extra charge! (Citi-Bank is excellent at erasing these false, corrupt charges, whenever they occur).
