@beachy - I've had both of those side effects when I was on semaglutide (Wegovy). Rather awful.

Taking medicine to counteract the effects of another medicine is kinda crazy, admittedly. However, as I was determined to go on with my weight loss shots, my doctor, though also a little hesitant for the same reason, prescribed: hycosamine for the cramping and prochlorperazine for the nausea. These helped a lot.

I also used ginger ale and ginger lozenges sometimes for nausea. My husband also had me put "barf bags" in all our vehicles, cause sometimes nausea would come on and progress to vomiting in a flash.

Have you gotten to talk to your doctor's office further this morning about your side effects?

@lisalucier ty for response, very helpful. Nurse said continue electrolytes, eat salty crackers try banana or rice later. Room temp peppermint tea. I do have ginger chews that I'll try. Monitoring, if pain worsens, they will see me tomorrow. I don't want to stop Mounjaro yet, but these side effects are awful. Maybe I could ask for a step-down back to 5Mg instead of 7.5. As of now, they are recommending I skip dose this Sunday.
