@heisenberg34 , ironically with all the discussion, research in methods and medicinal remedies, some, like acupuncture , have survived, thrived, for thousands of years.
It’s only fairly recently that acupuncture practitioners can be found in hospitals. That’s a sign of legitimacy, yet insurance companies, for the most part have not caught up.

@margesil I agree. And yet, chiropractic procedures for just about everything are approved without hesitation. Once I had a chiropractor shine some sort of low power laser on my forehead to address pain in my lower back. That's one of several reasons that I tend to shy away from chiropractors.
