@jc76 The Ezetimbe is another Cholesterol medication, but i think that's the cause of my lower back burning when i stood up for more than 5 minutes or walked anywhere. And yes i am seeing a Eternal medicine doctor now, he prescribed me the CoQ10 I've take for only 4 days now. I feel like my tendons in my knees and Archilles are not as painful but my legs and back are still burning and tired i have to still rest them and walk in short distances. So the Tendons are a positive for me so far. You know I just cant believe these doctors these days and how they ignore you and dent that something so life altering and painful.. that they just act like its nothing at all... and the funny think is i did 3 cholesterol checks and the family doctor and the eternal medicine doctor said my cholesterol was fine, but this heart doctor said no you need to be on these .. nothing about changing my diet or exorcising more, just take two of these 2 times a day and be bed ridden the rest of your life.

My wife has back pain. She was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. The inflamation and heighten pain sensitivity is something I had not had to deal with. She has my complete empathy as in the past I had herniated disk pain in my back and had the most excruciating pain I have ever experienced.

We all need to find something that works for us. What works for one will not work for another. Taking medications always has some form of side effects. You can see from the posts all over the place with individuals post different side effects and degrees. That is why our doctor should treat the patient not statistics.

You would think you would start with diet and exercise unless it was really out of the norm.

My wife is considering acupuncture. When she had back surgery she went through weeks of PT and then was supposed to follow up doing exercises and stretches.

They put her on some time of medication (can't remember the name) which they adjust based on her pain level at each appointment. It was a medication that was made for a different reason than pain but found it really helped with pain and is prescribed quite often.

Got to find something that helps you. WE don't have your medical and mental healh history only you medical doctors have that. For me if I was getting medical directions I did not think were good or applicable to me specifically, I would get another.

Again treat the individual patient not statistics that say do this with that as you only guide.
