Hi @helen1000 - I have to admit that my tummy is a lot more sensitive than when I was 20. I feel like I could have eaten iron bars back then and been fine. 😁 Now I'll eat or drink things and then awaken to diarrhea, and wonder what exactly triggered it.

It sounds like you have made some dietary changes along the way.

Are you still noticing bloating, diarrhea, etc., at times?

@lisalucier Lisa, I got a lung disease in 2022 and that explains why I am more sensitive to food. Currently I am taking antibiotics and my disease is well controlled. My guts is back to normal. In addition, I strictly restrict my food excluding all food that makes my guts sensitive, such as milk, banana, oatmeal, and wheat (soy sauce can contain wheat too!) I advise you to test which food make you sensitive and then get rid of them from your diet. See whether that makes a difference! I understand everyone here and I hope the best of you!
