Are you wearing a mask when you are outside? I notice a huge difference when I don't wear a mask outside. I am allergic to a lot outdoors and I feel so much better when I am not breathing in what I am allergic to.

I have an air purifier that is super strong and it has helped so much. Do you have an air purifier in your home or at least where you sleep? Think about getting one if you don't have one. I can give you more info on mine, it is a hospital type grade one.
