I have pudendal nerve pain. At least that’s what doctors at Mayo all think it is. Very, very difficult to live with. I had 2 cortissone shots about 5 years ago, but that caused even more pain. Now just Gabapentin and PT , which does not help that much. Used to take Lyrica, but can’t tolerate it any longer. Can’t even wear pants. Sit on a donut pillow, but constant pain. Walking and PT helps calming it dow. Just can’t sit or lay down comfortably. Life is a nightmare and no solutions offered by Mayo. They tried.

@hennykatz Find a pain management office, they can do an ablation of the pudendal nerve, if that doesn’t work ask them for a nerve stimulator implant.
