I have to say it’s so funny Because I literally do the same thing you were doing. I exercise for cardio due to a heart attack a year ago every other day, trying to eat right keep up on my vitamin B’s . I try to eat right and cook most meals. I am taking a superfood from dr. Schulze’s which covers all my b’s and helps with fatigue, I wish I could offer more but that’s all I have at the moment. Have an awesome day or night depending on your situation.

@cmedina1 May I sugest Garden Fresh Veg from organic Garden I found works great for me. When my wife had stage three lymphona and was told it is incure able . I started thinking this wasn't a problem in the thirties 1930,-1950 so what was the diferance from today. We. decided it was the food we eat. Back then we grew our own food. So we quiet eating all meats, sugars, baked goods and went to garden fresh veg very bland diet, only and in three mo later when she went back to the cardiologist the cancer was gone. Now that was our experance and if you wish more info as to why please feel free to contact me. I'm not a doctor or even in the medical field but a farmer.

There is a condition called B6 toxicity which causes neuropathy. Please check with your doctor before loading up on b vitamins. Recent blood test show my B6 are double the normal limit, and I have been diagnosed with sensor motor polyneuropathy. I do not take any B vitamins. This is a puzzle. Hopefully a follow up visit with neurologist next month can shed some light on this.
