@riflemanz64 So, it's premature ventricular complexes, meaning the large pumps, the two bottom ones, that pump blood away from the heart. The right side, your right side, pumps blood to the lungs, and its pressure brings oxygenated blood back from the lungs where it empties into the left, your left, atrium. The left atrium pumps blood down through the mitral valve between it and the left ventricle. The left ventricle pumps blood up the large aorta and it is split up and down to the head, arms, thorax, and the legs.

Are you symptomatic? Do you feel thumps or pauses?
