I don’t have any suggestions other than what you are describing appears to be part of the process - at least for me! I was pleased to see that others had the same experience as myself because you can feel so alone. Love this forum. I am down to 7 mg and the brain fog seems to have improved however comes back with a vengence when I get overly fatigued. My biggest concern is not the pain but rather the severe fatigue and brain fog. Going from a very very active life to one where I have to plan my day very carefully is challenging. I do not feel comfortable driving either - so I have to rely on others - which is new for me! Thank goodness for friends and family. What a ride this is - can’t wait to get to the other side!! Hang in there!

That's exactly my experience. The pain is pretty well controlled but the fatigue and difficulty thinking are really getting me down.
